need a Web site?

I work with Adobe Dreamweaver to create my websites and have a knowledge of HTML, PHP and CSS. For bigger projects that need constant updating, I traditionally work with Wordpress as a CMS. If you are interested in getting a Web site for your business or a personal Web site please contact me here to inquire about a quote.

Philly Sports Daily

addshow [visit site]

For nearly a year, I worked as the editor and web manager for Philly Sports Daily until the company shut down in January 2012. I covered the Philadelphia Flyers as a beat writer as well. In May 2011, I redesigned the entire site, including unique pages for each team Philly Sports Daily covered. As a result, traffic to the site shot up almost immediately. The average daily viewership of the site increased 500 percent from when I took the job until the company went under.

The Temple News

I served as the Online Editor for The Temple News, Temple University's student-run newspaper from August 2008 - May 2009. In January 2009, I totally re-designed temple-news.com, which won a Pacemaker Award in 2008, a Keystone Award in 2009, and an EPpy Award in 2009. Some of the best new features I implimented were prominent placement of Flickr slideshows, automatic updating of our YouTube videos using their API, and unique section pages for each of the sections of the newspaper.

The ADD Show

The ADD Show was my sports blog. For nearly seven years, that was my outlet for sports coverage until I could no-longer keep up with updating due to full-time employment. I produced content daily and uploaded weeklypodcasts as well. I recorded the podcasts with classmate and longtime friend Aaron Gottlieb. On the show we interviewed the Eagles' Merrill Reese, the Phillies' Chris Wheeler and the Sixers' Marc Zumoff. I designed the site based off of a Wordpress template.

Joanne D. Isaac

addshow [visit site]

This is a site I put together for my aunt who is an artist in New York City. The idea of this site was to get her work out in the public eye and have potential buyers look at her work. She does a lot of wand art with balsa wood and keepsake boxes.

Marcie Feldman Art

addshow [visit site]

Another artist site. Ms. Feldman wanted to get her work out in the open as well and develop her reputation as one of the top artists in the Philadelphia area. Her work is available online for purchase via PayPal.
